These can be made informally or formally. You can do this in writing, over the phone or visit us in person.

 There are many ways that you can share with us your positive experiences through Stoneywood support;

  • by talking to your support team or the Service Manager
  • by completing a feedback questionnaire in your service
  • visiting our offices

In the event you with to raise a concern we recommend you contact the Registered Manager of that service directly and they will support you to raise a complaint and explain the process.

However this can also be done anonymously by through the contact us page.
