All Stoneywood staff are recruited through strict recruitment procedures and are given an in depth induction and assessment period within Stoneywood prior to commencing a period of community support during which further assessments continue whilst shadowing experienced workers.
We also provide carefully tailored training when required for our team when supporting clients with specific needs such as, epilepsy etc.
